I own a standard poodle is it okay for her to eat dried up Queen Anne's Lace?

I know of no studies done documenting the consumption of Queen Ann's Lace (Daucus carota) by dogs. Also known as Wild Carrot, this plant has traditionally been employed by humans as a diuretic and also for its antibacterial, vermifuge (anti-worm) and hypotensive properties. It may also prevent pregnancy, and can externally cause blisters and dermatitis. A number of entries in textx on human use ask the reader to exercise caution in its use therefore I would suggest that you not allow your dog to eat this plant, fresh or dried.
