Dog and Unpleasant Odour

My dog, Lady smells quite bad. It doesn't matter what we use in her bath, she still smells as if she has rolled in the cow pasture. Lady is a inside dog and unfortunately, the rugs now smell just like her. Is there any herb that I could use to stop the smell?
