Richter's Nerve & Sleep Tea

Quite some time ago, I was able to purchase the loose leaf "Richter's Nerve & Sleep Tea" (from Hillary's Pharmacy on Dundas St. West at Bathurst in Toronto) and was very pleased with the product.
Now, it seems it's not possible to purchase the loose leaf version. I really don't find the tea bag version as effective.
Is there any way Richter's would send the loose leaf Nerve & Sleep tea to me via mail or courier?
Please advise.

Hillary's sells Dr. Richter products manufactured by a Swiss company unrelated to Richters Herbs in Goodwood, Canada.
