Are Richters Herbs Suitable for Topiary?

I was wondering if any of your herb plants are useful for topiary?
I see that you sell myrtle that is already started. How old is the plant?
I'd appreciate any suggestions. It is very difficult to find herbs like rosemary, myrtle, and bay laurel around this area.

All of our plants are shipped in 2-1/2" square pots. The plants stand about 6-8 inches high, although some can be smaller depending on the variety and nature of growth. Depending on the variety they can be as much as one or two years old, but most are younger.
The plants we sell (for the same prices) at our nursery for personal shopping are bigger and older. For topiary, those are better choices than the smaller, shipped plants; but we don't ship the bigger plants.
The smaller plants will need an extra 6-12 months to train into a topiary.
