Sweetgrass Seed?

Sorry, I was unclear about the Sweetgrass seed in the 2001 catalogue. Do the xxx's mean you're not selling seed this year or the price is uncertain? How should I make out my order regarding it?

That was an error. We had hoped to be able to offer seeds in 2001, but we found that germination of several seed lots we received was very bad. It turns out that sweetgrass has some genetic limits to seed viability that will be difficult to overcome. Fortunately, the plant spreads very well without seeds, so you can purchase plants and quickly grow a sizable patch of it.
