I am seeking to purchase miniature herb seeds or plants but am unable to locate any company who sells them. Can you assist me?

I assume that you mean "miniature" in terms of growth habit not actual size of plants for sale. I am assuming that you are looking for herbs that can grow in small spaces or containers.
