Where to sell Stevia

I am a small scale fresh-cut herb and flower farmer. I currently sell at local farm markets and would like to expand my business in 2010. I'm thinking that I would like to raise stevia, since it is the new hot product right now, but my problem is that I have no idea where to market and sell it.
Stevia is a sugar substitute, used primarily for the herbal tea flavoring markets. That means almost any tea manufacturer is a prime candidate for using this new ingredient as a sugar substitute. I might even look at herbal and regular coffee roasters now. It is easy to grow, but the leaf must be separated from the stem for normal sale and use.
This will require either hand stripping, or the use of a bean harvester. It can be grown either as an annual, or as a perennial, depending on how cold the environment. It is a mint, so it does need irrigation, and grass control. It should be easy to sell, simply let the buyer taste a single leaf as a sample.
