Herbs for Small Herb Container to Sell at Local Market

I have some 10 inch pots that I am wanting to use for small herb container gardens that I can sell at the local farmers market. What would you recommend as plant groups to grow in these pots?

People that buy herb containers want the popular kitchen herbs for fresh-cut use. Some of the popular herbs do not do well in a mixed container environment; for example, dill and cilantro which grow quickly from seeds but do not regrow when cut. So it is important to select varieties that are compact, will grow back after cutting, and are relatively tolerant of the lower light conditions of homes. Some suggestions are: genovese basil (e.g the 'Compatto' cultivar) and any of the bush basils, chives, english mint, greek oregano, italian or curled parsley, rosemary, savory, and english thyme (e.g. the compact form). If you want to add more interest, possibly to distinguish your product from others, you could add stevia, thai basil, lemon geranium or golden lemon thyme.
