In regards to being COG; we started out being certified organic, but dropped the certification when we were told that the folks that were interested in the roots did not require certification. We have however continued growing as if we are certified organic, using only certified organic fertilizers and keeping a record of what was applied when. We are growing on virgin soil. As to the picture of our field, that would have to be mailed since we do not have a scanner or a digital camera, but that can be done with a sample that we would mail to you. Please clarify if the 700lbs includes flowering heads with herbaceous parts or roots only and also any other details we need about shipping, etc;.
