Starting a Small Business of Herbal Products

I am trying to start a small business of herbal products. I do not know the herbs to use in dream pillows, breathe easy pillows, etc. I'm familiar with the scent of lavender, thyme, eucalyptus, rosemary, etc, but there I run out.
I would really appreciate any help you can give me. I purchased the Richters potpourri kit but the several little bags are not labeled. I'm a disabled, retired senior citizen and can not run around too much so I do mist of my purchases by mail.
