Growing Swiss Alps Herbs Commercially

I'm living in Switzerland and I'm interested to start production of herbs for pharmaceutical or perfumery utilization. Would you please let me know which are the most requested typical Swiss Alps Herbs, and which are the ones that you consider the most attractive or interesting to start a business?

Some of the more important alpine herbs are arnica (Arnica montana), edelweiss (Leontopodium alpinum), and yellow gentian (Gentiana lutea). There are many other alpine herbs both Swiss and from elsewhere which could be considered. Roseroot and maralroot are possibilities, as is Chinese or Turkey rhubarb.
