I have seen organo growing in lawns with their mauve flowers. Do you know which variety this is? O. vulgare hirta or a dwarf variety? I would like to start up seeds for autumn planting.Origanum vulgare, or common marjoram is the most likely plant that you saw, since it is quite indestructable and forms a nice mat when mown.
