Schizandra Seed Germination

I have Schizandra berries and just wanted to know how to grow from the seeds?

Remove all of the pulp from around the seeds, then place the seeds in a damp paper towel, put the towel into a clean plastic bag, fold the open end over once and place the bag into fridge for three months, then plant and keep at room temperature. Germination should occur in 2-6 days.
