I purchased two Alpine strawberry plants from you. The order was placed late in the summer, but they did not produce. They are planted in strawberry pots and I am wondering if they will survive if I leave them in the strawberry pots and bring them inside for the winter? I'm assuming that they will freeze if I leave them outside, but would like to know the best way to care for them inside. The plants are perennials and perennials often do not flower and fruit until the second or even up to the fourth year. Strawberries tend to mature the second year though.
