Gojiberry (Wolfberry) Growing and Using

I purchased seeds and plants from Richters this spring and I am very happy with the results . I live on Saltspring Island in the Gulf islands, off Vancouver Island, BC, Canada. It rains a lot here and rarely ever freezes. I have a large number of year old goji plants but i am not sure how I should over-winter them. Plus the live plants I purchased from you are really large and healthy. How do I over-winter them and should they start producing next year and do they need any special care to produce?
