I hope you can help me. I planted Spanish lavender last year against a fence and it is covered in flowers, but the stems have all fallen to the ground.All you can do this year is stake the plant much like a peony. Put a ring around the plant and attach the ring to about three upright supports that are pushed into the soil. Next year you might try a spot with sun all day as it might make the stems sturdier.
Do I need to do something to it for it to start growing straight up again? It looks awful, but the blooms are beautiful. Zone 7, Huntsville, AL, USA
