Need Thyme Identification

Can you identify the two types of thyme in this photograph taken June 10th?
Are they available in plug trays?

The grey thyme is woolly thyme and the flowering thyme in the middle is is one of the creeping thymes although it is impossible to tell exactly which one from the picture. Our creeping thyme is similar to this (although ours can be either purple-rose or white flowering).
