About Composting: What Herbs Can Be Used?

I have a question: I got a "Sun-Mar" composting system for my home toilet. Would you please indicate me some plants I could use in this kind of system for balancing compost action, odors etc.? Do you have any documentation about this?

According to the biodynamic system of agriculture, certain herbs are thought to have beneficial effects on composting.
