Special Pre-germination Treatment for Sage Seeds?

I have a seed question for you.
We harvested sage seed last week from the garden, dried it and shelled out the seed. This is Salvia officinalis. Is there any special seed treatment I need to do before immediate replanting?
I am thinking of cold treatment or scarification. I am concerned about hard seed and seed dormancy. We don't have much seed and it would be too bad to lose some to poor preparation.

Garden sage, Salvia officinalis, does not need any special treatment for germination. Usual conditions of 20-25 degrees Celsius, even moisture, and moderate light will produce seedlings in 14-21 days. Once the seedlings have germinated, move to stronger light so that seedlings can develop to transplant size normally. Sage needs full sunlight which is why the seedlings will have to be moved to stronger light soon after germination is complete.
