How long does it take to germinate a noni plant from a seed?We carried seeds in the past, but we have not been able to get fresh seeds for the past two years. The seeds must be fresh otherwise they will not germinate.
How quickly does noni grow?We found that noni grew fairly quickly. But being that we had our plants in pots in a greenhouse and not in the ground (because of our climate), our plants did not reach maturity while we had them; so we cannot say for sure how long it takes to get a mature, fruit-bearing tree from seeds. My guess is that it would take 5-7 years in a tropical environment.
How long before it bears fruit?
