I bought two herbs, one is called Passion Flower, American and the other was Roseroot. I am a student at Rutgers University and tend to become somewhat stressed out from my classes and wanted to order a stress reliever to help me out this semester. I read that both of these herbs will help my with my request. The only thing I am not aware of is how to use these herbs once they are sent to me. I ordered the seeds not the plants. Am I able to make a tea with them or maybe use them when preparing food? The dried leaves and flowers of Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) and the roots of Roseroot (Rhodiola rosea) are used medicinally.
