I received my red clover seeds and would like to try to start them outside even though it's kind of late. What I need to know is how long does it take for them to germinate?Red Clover is very easy to germinate and it will do so in three to ten days during the warm days of summer. Seeds sown in the summer should produce plants of sufficient size to overwinter without any trouble. Just make sure the seed bed is kept moist for the first three to four weeks so that the plantlets can grow fast.
