How do I home make a rub of the mentolatum plant? Do I infuse or cook the leaves?

You have to strip the leaves and place the leaves in jar after which you pour pure olive oil so the oil covers the leaves completely. Screw the lid tight and place the jar in a dark place. Shake the jar daily for two weeks after this time strain the leaves and dicard them. The oil is now ready to use externally.
