Flax Seed Filler For Herbal Pack

Can I use the Flax seed Richters sells as a filler for herbal packs? The kind that you can heat in the microwave then use on you back, neck, etc.?

Yes, the flax seeds can be used. They have a specific smell I find quite pleasant myself. Do not fill the the pack too tightly and experiment with the microwave oven to get the right temperature. The seeds are a little oily so do not heat the packs for too long. You can add a few drops of lavender oil directly on the pack from time to time.
