Rheumatoid Arthritis, American Indians

What herbs did the American Indians use for Rheumatoid Arthritis? From what I read, the American Indian had an 8% rate of Rheumatoid Arthritis, which is much higher than most caucasians. Because I am 1/4 American Indian, perhaps their medicine would work better for me. Traditional Medicine has created more problems than they were supposed to solve.
