Breast Enhancement

Hi, I am 42year old women, who has had total histectomy. I do not take any kind of HTR, I just started taking saw palmetto softgel, fenugreek seed fennel seed and wild yam for breast enlargement. Do you think I am doing right? Do all these herbs really work?
