Breast Enhancing Herbs and Thyroid Medication

Can I take breast enhancing herbs with hypothyroids? I am taking levothyroxine and cytomel.

I do not see why there should be a problem with doing so. The only thing to be aware of is that there is a fancy dance that occurs between all the hormones in the body and it is impossible to affect one hormone without affecting all the other hormones in one degree or another as we are a holistic body body not isolated systems. As such, if you are taking herbs that are elevating the prolactin levels you can be affecting other aspects of the endocrine system including the thyroid. It is important to pay close attention to all the subtle signs and symptoms that your body may go through in determining if a particular plan is helpful or harmful.
