I'm looking for some herbal relief from my gas problems. It seems like any thing I eat gives me gas. I've read abount Fennel, Aniseed and Peppermint helping. I would like to hear your thoughts on these herb and how they could be used to help me. Also, I am 47 years old live in the country(having lots of chores) and seem to be tired all the time. I get a fair amount of exercise, but, I seem to need alot of sleep.Yes, fennel, aniseed and peppermint have a long history of use for helping with digestion thus reducing gas production.
