Hi, my husband has Parkinson's disease and I have been told to have him take Q10 and another herb called trelulose. I'm not sure I spelled that right or if it is a herb. I can not get the trelulose from the health food store here. If you have any info on that please let me know and it would be greatly appreciated.Hum, I am not sure of the herb you are asking about but I am wondering if it is trehalose which is a type of carbohydrate, a glyconutrient, which has been researched recently for various neurodegenerative diseases including Parkinson?s by helping to stabilize both the protein and membranes in the brain. I am not sure where you can find it in supplement form, however, it is found naturally in various mushrooms including the medicinally well known as shiitake (Lentinula edodes), and maitake (Grifola fondosa) mushrooms as well as the nameko (Pholiota nameko), and Judas's ear (Auricularia auricula-judae) mushrooms.
