Can Black Cohosh Cause Psoriasis or Eczema?

I have taken 150 mg of black cohosh daily since September 2003. I was recently diagnosed with psoriasis/eczema on my feet and hands. Have you ever come across a connection between the two where black cohosh may have caused this skin disorder?

My question for you is, why are you taking this herb for such a long period of time? Black cohosh is not traditionally meant to be taken for long periods. If you are feeling that after 5 years you are still needing the medicinal effects that the black cohosh is providing, perhaps it is time that you visit a herbalist for a full consultation and have a proper health assessment done for faster and sustaining relief.
