Do you have any herbal remedies or requirements to sleeping? Please no chamomile – my family is allergic.There are many underlying causes for sleep difficulties such as blood sugar and hormonal swings, metabolic irritants, nutritional deficiencies, food sensitivities, behavioral issues, pain and discomfort, excess stimulation, and worrying to name a few. Addressing the underlying issues are recommended.
