My brother-in-law is very low in B12 and we want to know what to use as a supplement to boost him up. He takes B12 injections every other week but is still tired.Thomas Bartram, in his book "Bartram's Encyclopedia of Herbal Medicine (available at Richters) lists sources of B12 as: all foods of animal origin:meat, liver, kidney, dairy products, egg yolk, fish. He also lists wheatgerm, yeast, spinach, lettuce, alfalfa, kelp and dulse.
