I am 28 years old and have never been pregnant. Four months ago I had endometrial tissue removed. Since then I have been taking fertility meds every month. According to the fertility doctor, my uterine wall is not thickening enough during ovulation. Do you have any herbal remedies that you could suggest that would thicken the uterine walls?
I recommend that you consult with a medical or clinical herbalist who can take your full case history to get an understanding of your condition and to work with you to complement your fertility medications. You may benefit from a combination of: dietary and vitamin supplement advice; herbs that nourish the uterus, like red clover flowers, red raspberry leaves and stinging nettle; herbs to improve blood circulation to the uterus like ginger; and acupressure or acupuncture, which can be used to improve uterine circulation to increase thickening of the uterine walls.
