Breast Discharge

I am 58, had a total hysterectomy at age 44. Have three grown children. I breastfed my last child 34 years ago. About six months ago, I noticed a crusty discharge on my right nipple. Every once in a while I would see it again & just scrape if off. Last week I squeezed it and a creamy, yellowish discharge came out. I do have a doctor appointment with my gyne. for a pap & mammo next week, but I was just wondering if you ever heard of this. I will bring this to her attention. I appreciate any info you can give me.

There are several possible causes of breast discharge. It needs to be diagnosed by a doctor.
