I have been using oregano oil to combat sinus and upper respiratory congestion. I use about 7 drops to a teaspoon of olive oil followed by a chaser of tomato juice (what a rush!). (oregano oil tends to give immediate results). I just want to be sure I am not causing damage unwittingly.Oregano oil is such a strong irritant to the mucous membranes.
