I have been told that the bark from an ash tree helps in cleaning your liver. Could you please advise as to how I use the bark from the as to make a tea to drink? And how often I need to take it?
Ash bark is used in herbal medicine as an anti-inflammatory, as a stimulant in deficiency of peripheral blood circulation (i.e. circulation to the hands and feet), and to excrete uric acid in arthritic diseases.
I don't know that the liver needs cleansing. For information on cleansing the body, please see our website www.richters.com. Choose "Q&A" from the main menu, then enter "cleanse" for one Q&A search, and "Detox" for a second search.
