Cats and Ear Mites

What can I do herbal for ear mites in a neighbor's cat? They don't seem to care but the cat is so cute and hangs around my house and yard and plays with my cat who is healthy.

Hopefully, as your cat is healthy, the mites will not be interested and will stay away. However, dealing with a cat that does not live with you can be tricky. The bottom line of course is general good health.
