Herbs for Menopause

Does [a product containing Vitex, Wild Yam, Saw Palmetto, Maca and Fenugreek] work for menopausal symptoms? I have recently stopped using the HRT patch and have started experiencing hot flashes. I'm sure other symptoms will follow. Would the combination of the above mentioned herbs help with these symptoms?
