Arthritis Pain in Back and Knees

I've been having trouble with arthritis pain in my back and knee. I vaccuum for a custodian job and I really ache from doing that. Could you please advise me what to take?

First, ensure that your shoes provide good support. Check with your medical doctor that your back pain is arthritic, and not caused by some other health problem such as kidney inflammation. A physiotherapist can recommend exercises that will strengthen the muscles supportive of your knees and back, relieving the stress in those areas.
Hot and cold therapy can relieve the pain: apply a hot pack (or a cloth soaked in very hot water) to the painful areas for 20 seconds, followed by a cold pack for 10 seconds. Repeat 10 times, twice daily.
