I am new to this web site however in just the hour that I have spent viewing information pertaining to "medicinal relief", I am even more educated in regards to herbal alternatives. I am 38 years of age, female, about 126 pounds For the last 6 months I have been experiencing some of the worst headaches/ back pain and muscle tension than ever before. This in part could most likely be due to stress however I have suffered 2 back injuries in the past 11 years. Not serious back injuries but more of a slipped disk. I have sought medical attention for all of these symptoms but have yet to be placed on any prescribed medication that seems to bring long term relief. My question is: Is there one particular herb that tends to work better than the other for these symptoms going by any past responses from members that have joined up with this site and or have been dealing with herbs for many years.Feverfew, taken every day, is most often successful in preventing migraines. To avoid migraines in the long term, I suggest that you consult with a qualified natural practitioner, who will do a complete health assessment to determine the cause of the migraines. Please see our website at www.richters.com for common causes and triggers for migraines. Choose "Q&A" from the main menu, then enter "migraine" for the search, and see the item "Hormone-related Migraines".
