Diabetes Cure?

I am a 34 year old type I diabetic man from England. I have had diabetes for 23 years. I keep seeing a website for a product called Diabeticine, this medicine contains herbs such as Banaba, Bitter Melon and Gymnema sylvestre. The producers claim to have a 99% sucess for type 2 and a 64% cure rate for type I.
Do you think this is at all possible?

There are herbs that can help to lower blood sugar and reduce the need for insulin. I suggest that before trying a product, you ask the manufacturer for more information. The manufacturers are not likely allowed to advertise a "cure" for diabetes. They may reduce blood sugar and they may reduce the need for insulin, when the herbs are taken along with a healthy diabetic diet. The percentages that the advertising states may refer to the number of diabetics who have been able to decrease their medication rather than referring to the number of diabetics "cured".
