Will Buchu Interact with Prescription Medications?

Do you know if buchu powder or leaves do NOT interact favorably with Rx medicines? Unfortunately, I take Rxs for thyroid, arthritis, fibromyalgia, and heart problems including Coumadin.
I am considering taking buchu powder in tea form to help a tiny bit of urinary incontinence. Someone knowledgeable suggested it would be helpful.
Many thanks for ANY help you can give me.
Buchu (Barosma betulina) is a safe, antibacterial diuretic. I do not recommend tasking diuretic herbs if your heart medication includes a diuretic. Otherwise, I know of no reason why they should interact with prescription drugs.
Diuretics should not be taken long term, as overuse can cause kidney damage. Better alternatives in the long term are: increasing water intake to 6-8 glasses daily, minimizing the intake of salt and soy sauce in cooking and in prepared foods, and drinking a cup of dandelion "coffee" (available at health food stores) daily or when required.
