I just turned 50 years old. I have high blood pressure and low blood sugar (borderline). I take Tropal for the high blood pressure. I believe this medication has caused me to gain weight. I am 4'11" and weigh 150 lbs. My normal weight was always around 125, I went into depression after the death of my husband and became ill in 1990.We have answered questions about weight loss presviously. Please see our website at www.richters.com. Choose "Q&A" from the main menu, then enter the words "weight loss" for the search. We do not recommend herbs that cause dangerous stimulation, as some over-the-counter and internet order facilities provide. Most of the dietary suggestions, inclusions and exclusions of certain foods and changing how you combine foods together within a meal, are suitable low blood sugar. As important as the diet are healthy digestion and elimination functioning, and regular exercise.
I am afraid to take anything due to the high blood pressure and diets are tough with my sugar problem. Do you have any suggestions? Is their something natural I can take for weight gain and not hurt myself when doing so. Any information will be of great help.
Also, do you know anything about the OSHA Root keeping away snakes? I heard if the men wear this in their boots when working it will help keep snakes away.
