More Information for Crohn?s and Colitis

My daughter is 17-1/2 years old. Last year she had a severe infection and had to have her tonsils removed. From that point on she suffered with loose stole to the point of diarrhea. She was diagnosed with a abnormal gall bladder and had that removed in 11/04. For the past month and a half she has had complete diarrhea with blood. She was referred to a GI doctor and he thinks she has colitis or Crohn's and potential polyps, ulcers. He has scheduled a colonoscopy for 1/24/05. I was reading some of the Q&A for herbal treatment. Could you make any other suggestions? After the testing I will speak to the doctor about herbal treatments.
