I have been told that their is a herb formula that you smell and that it is very good for the memory. Would you know what it is?
I use rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) essential oil for stimulating memory. Rosemary stimulates circulation and the nervous system, promoting alertness. It also helps to decrease psychological tension. Peppermint and basil essential oils can be used similarly . You can mix these essential oils, or use them separately. Ask for good brands of these oils at a health food store.
To use the essential oil, you can smell directly from the bottle, mix a few drops with water in a spray bottle, or shake a drop onto a tissue, which is then held to the nose.
