Taking Bladderwrack with Thyroid Medication?

I am very happy that I can ask a specialist about my question. I have a hypothyroid problem. I am so tired. Last week I read in a magazine about bladderwrack. I bought it at the health store but there is no information on how to take it. Is it before or after meals? Or only with water? Or is better to take it early in a morning? I would be very thankful if you can tell me more about how to take this product. I brought 600 mg capsules. I take "Armour thyroid" every morning.

Bladderwrack should not be used with other thyroid medication. Armour thyroid is a brand of thyroid medication that contains thyroid hormones derived from the pig.
