Nasal Spray for Migraines?

I just recently read an article in a magazine (can't remember which one) that said there was a nasal spray made from herbs for migraines that was proving to be very effective. Would you by any chance know what the spray is and where I would be able to buy it. My daughter-in-law has been suffering with migraines for years and nothing seems to help her. Thank you for any information you can give me.
