Black Walnut Green Hull for Warts?

I would like to know if you could give me some information concerning the use of Black Walnut Green Hull. I was recently told to use garlic and tea tree oil externally and to take 1 teaspoon of the Black Walnut Herb internally three times a day along with 3 capsules of acidophilus to remove warts that I have on my body. I am a diabetic with other health problems so I am not sure if the Black Walnut would be a good thing to take internally. I don't know anything about this herb. I would appreciate any information you might have to offer.
