I have been looking for some herbs on your web site: slippery elm bark, ginger root, Gamma Oryanol, Lactobacillus acidophilus. He being check out for ulcers, high blood pressure, vomiting, stomach pain and chest pains I would like to know which one of the herbs would be the best one for me to get for him. He is 20 years old. I didn't think a young man could encounter these kind of sickness at an early age. But after doing my research this morning, I know it is possible, so I really need your input.
It is not possible to suggest herbs for these symptoms. You will need a complete diagnosis from a medical doctor. If you wish to use herbs after receiving a diagnosis, I suggest that you visit an experienced herbalist or naturopath, who can advise you on which herbs can help.
Slippery elm bark powder soothes inflamed mucous membranes, and is useful in inflamation of the stomach or intestine.
Ginger root is used to improve digestion by promoting stomach digestive secretions and reducing the production of gas in the digestive system.
Acidophilus provides gut bacteria beneficial for digestion.
I cannot comment on the supplement Gamma Oryanol.
