Herb-Drug Interaction for Pain Medication

My wife is taking Topamax for her pain, but it's not helping. I heard that there's a natural herb that will heal the pain. I don't know what kind of herb it is but it's from Cambodia. My question is: if she take the natural herb medication and Topamax at the same time, will there be a drug interaction?
